Trump had a solid base of 35% in 2016 and manage to win the Electoral College because around 50% of American Voters stayed home, instead of voting.

Currently Trump still has a solid base of 35%, which means Trump could win again in 2020 if American Voters refuse to come out in record numbers to vote Trump and his enablers out of office.

States are cancelling Republican Primaries, so Trump doesn't have to face his challengers. Primaries have been cancelled in the past due to no challenger, but never when there are challengers.
