Don't get me started, the last time I worked with 3d arrays, I used a cell for a "hallway object", and built a block hallway you could navigate with the arrow keys. The only flaw was when you backed up, it wouldn't do any bounds checking (I later fixed this flaw), and you could actually wonder around in random memory like it was a maze. Some weird effects you get from errors sometimes... was pretty kewl though...
