Melopita, Blackberry coulis, Cinnamon, Almonds, Honey, Cream corn
Originally this dish was imagined a little different but I had to make a couple of adaptions having been without certain key ingredients.
Unfortunately, I made my melopita (Greek honey & ricotta cake) is a little bit of a hurry and it collapsed as it cooled so I tried to shave the outer ring off, sprinkle it with some sugar, broil it and hope that it would caramelize so that none would be the wiser; however, that was not the case, o well there’s always next time!
