Thanks for this review! This is the kind of vehicle I want to replace my gas guzzler for in-town quick shopping trips, visits to the gym etc. I need 40 mph, and that $4K price is slightly on the steep side; I'm hoping more such scooters are coming soon, to drive down prices and drive up performance. A bit more cargo space would also be nice. Might we soon see a flood of Taiwanese seated e-scooters?

It doesn't matter where they are made. It depends on artisans and quality inspection. My family and I have bought 2 luxrul bags in the past 3 years and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Very nice electric moped. I have a question for any other owners out there. I have an EV29 single battery. Once the battery drops to 50%, it throttles out at 25 mph max speed. On all of my other electric bikes, the battery starts to reserve/loose/limit power when you get closer to 1 bar remaining or around 10%-5%

You should review the Maeving RM1S, it's more expensive, but it's a lot more bang for your buck. Their RM1 model is cheaper, but 45mph is just too slow for me

Too slow. Completely IP theft of Vespa look. But double battery and faster model would best.
