I saw in the past that G-Dragon also takes a breath like Lisa in the middle of rap parts, and then we can listen to the backtrack. But I think the VMA edited and put extra music in every performance from last night. So when Lisa stops in the middle of rapping or singing, in the fan cam, we hear the backtrack (her voice was much louder than the backtrack). But in the VMA official video, they edited and added loud and extra music, so at that time, we hear the music at full volume, making it seem like she was lip-syncing.
