MTB route Epen Vijlen - Could we get a little single track?

We went to South Limburg to see what Netherlands has to offer when the landscape is not completely flat.

In the end we were quite disapointed. Almost no real single track, a lot of climbing for very little nice downhills. There is so much potential though. We could see so many better lines than the trail... the last downhill was very enjoyable but on a shared path with hikers... so you had to mind your speed.
So could we get a little singletrack?
It is still a very nice environment but if you are a trail/ enduro rider you might be a little disappointed.
