Heres some tips from me to make animations even better with these;

1. Use scratch addons! And turn on onion skin! If you just set it to one costune behind and one costume forward, it will save you so much time.

2. General animation FACT. Always draw the main animation points first. If a character is kicking, draw them standing, then getting teady for the kick, then the kick.

3. If you dont want to lip-sync, thats okay. I think its pretty hard, but heres a technique you can use: you can go to the costumes and make the audio sync with the costumes. For instance, "I KNOW, HE'S SUCH A WIMP!" (expert from my old bfdi camp [it holds a lot of milestones for me, btw]) make a few costumes for one syllable, for how long you think you held it, then make the next few costumes the nwxt syllable, process repeates.

4. Dont keep your animations too realistic! Exxagerate them a bit. Maybe make your characters mouth so unevenly big when they get embarrised one time, or maybe make their body stretch while they fall a great distance.

5. Use arcs!! Dont just make a smear that is barely noticeable. Instead, make a huge arc shape around the tween instead. So instead of manipulating a body part, you are manipulating air flow, and making it in visual style.

Thats it, thank you! Also nice video! It taught me something back when I was getting good at animation (2021-2022l

Hi Rayworkshop I am Dark Matter and I wanted to make a Scratch Animation and send it to YouTube.l have watched all of your tutorial videos and they are very helpful. The problem is choosing either Vector or Bitmap.I can use Vector for drawing faces but I can't draw noses and mouths, I can't edit shadows and I can't edit or animate objects and facial expressions.I can use Bitmap to draw objects but I can't edit shadows and faces. It take time and steady hands to use Bitmap.(Sorry if this comment is so long).
