Honestly, with the new update released i feel like it fits more right now. You reach the courtyard, you have about 10 rooms left until getting to the end, and the music would give a really odd feeling, as if something about to happen, and it indeed does, revealing the greenhouse...

Pretty spooky.

This is my favorite place in the entire game, other players just go in it and said "Oh cool" then proceed to enter the next room carelessly, but I stay in this place like it's a break for me, and it is, after that you experience the hell of The Greenhouse, so that makes me grateful for this place, the pathway, the plants and most importantly, the statue are all so beautiful and relaxing to me, knowing that the next 10 doors won't be the same.

This makes the courtyard feel more calm and relaxing, even though the song without the effects is calmer, but i hope they make courtyard feel more calm and beautiful and i hope they add a new outdoor area

Sounds very mysterious, like theres a secret hidden in the courtyard...

I suppose it makes sense the courtyard gets uninteresting after multiple runs and you just start running right past it but maybe if the courtyard had more importance then we could expect a soundtrack

This Needs To Be The Courtyard Ambience, It Fits Really Well With The New Courtyard

Hope's this gets added in floor 1 revamp along with potentially the other unused tracks that aren't prototypes of existing songs cause they sound bopping and relaxing

Thank you so much for posting this! I've been looking for this, (most other versions are slowed) I hope that this gets placed in the game someday!

This song makes me feel joyful, nostalgic, fear and sadness… let’s just call it “A weakness you can’t feel”

I hope this gets used in the Basement update. Like you awake from the crashed elevator and this starts playing. Making that dread set in that you aren't leaving and there's secrets waiting for you down here

I personally think that doors was scarier before the update.

Although the store after level 50 is convenient, and the greenhouse adds difficulty to it, I feel that it’s just not the same.

The original gave a sense of loneliness. You didn’t know what the banging and cracking noises were.

It’s the same for the backrooms. Originally, it was simply a searingly never ending collection of rooms, with no end. What made is scary, was not only the thought that you could be completely alone in such a vast area, but at the same time, there could be something else lurking amongst you.

As more fan made “levels” were created people began adding random entity’s that made it increasingly less scary, until it was just something for content farms to pick apart.

I feel that doors is having a similar situation, as the introduction of the shop, and the characters within, greatly lowers the stakes, and the scariness.

It removes the thought that you’re all alone, with no sentient or friendly life around you, which creates the horror that made it scary to begin with.

(I still do like the ending)
