He knew he would be eliminated from the beginning but still carried out his plan of keeping Hao unnoticed while he was manipulating around. Of course Hoshi is the star there because he was the one that keeps everyone distracted. The dynamic of the mafias in that episode was stunning. The Mafia leader Jeonghan, the crazy right wingman Tiger's gaze Hoshi and the cold assassin undercover Thug Hao. We can write a fanfic with it.
