Just to give you guys the characters: 谷 That’s master gǔ‘s surname. 谷师傅, as you would say in Chinese. Master Gu actually did come out with a reflection on his performance, so I will translate it soon. Also, for those of you wondering why Xu didn’t take on the Master himself, Xu needs surgery to fix one of his arms, so Xu cannot really exert too much force right now. Actually having a guard position puts this Tai Chi master in the top 5% of Tai Chi masters. No sarcasm here, he actually performed really well compared to all the other Tai Chi masters I've seen.
