Xi Jinping’s speech to the 19th Party Congress lasted three and a half hours. The lengthy speech outlining his plans for China over the next 5 years proved a bit too much for some of the delegates in the hall.

Crazy great man. I think he should record it on the pendrive and circulate to everyone. For such lenghty speech anything more than half an hour, people are losing concentration and the rest will not be able to remember. Its a waste of speech and effort. He such summarised the entire speech to 1 hour and circulate the 3.5 hour speech into the pendrive for people to read it later.
