One-Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Here is what you'll need!

Servings: 10-12

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups water
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Pepper
Salt

Instructions:

1. Brown beef in a large quart pot over medium/ high heat. Drain fat and return beef to pot.
2. Add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn. Bring to a boil
3. Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until pasta is cooked through). Stir occasionally.
4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.
5. Serve once cheese is melted!

My family loves this dish so much they beg me to make it all the time! I add diced onion and don't drain the beef and also I use Mexican style diced tomatoes. My brother suggested we eat with cornbread - and it compliments the dish so well!
Definitely an A+ recipie by Tasty!

I just tried this while adding Mexican chili powder, garlic, red chili flakes, diced pickled jalapenos and using a 29 oz can of tomato puree instead of the two smaller tomato products listed. I also grated a bunch of cheddar and stirred it in, then used a bit to garnish. Absolutely delicious and really filling!

I just made this for my roommate and I and it came out sooo good! I was worried the pasta wasn't going to cook through because the pan got a little crowded but it all worked out, went easy on the cheese so it can just be added once you serve yourself to your preference.. but yess so bomb!

It s delicious! My favorite go to in winter when it s really cold outside! Sometimes i fill some tacos with it put some greek yogurt and i cant stop eating! i can have the whole pot! My boyfriend loves me more every time i cook this!
