I doubt this is a big offensive, more likely pushing on all possible fronts to create cracks in the defense so when it really cracks somewhere, push there hard.

The weather conditions are in favour of the side that has overwhelming air superiority. The Russians are expected to achieve major advances until the end of April. Flat and bald landscapes as well as the "frozen" sun of the Ukrainian February afford only jucy targets to the Russian aircraft . The Ukrainians may find comfort while planning their "Summer counteroffensive".
