Siriously dissapointed that Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and Mary was just an honourable mention... That wedding was so beautiful and he cried when he saw her. That was truly a memorable wedding.

I'm a little disappointing that the wedding of Crown Prince Frederik & now Crown Princess Mary just was an honorable mention when his little brother's, Prince Joachim, second wedding was on the list. For crying out loud, Frederik burst into tears when he saw Mary coming down the aisle - so cute - Mary was stunning, and her father was wearing THE McDonald kilt - that's history.

So crazy to me that Prince Frederick and Mary Donaldson's wedding only got an HM. As an Aussie, I remember that day so vividly because she was our "Australian princess"

Not sure what the top ten is based on (viewing figures, cost etc) but if it was fairytale weddings then Frederik and Mary Donaldson should have been number one.

Why did you chose Prince Joachim and Marie??? The weeding between Crown Prince Frederik and Mary, was a much bigger event in Denmark!!! (same thing could be said about the weeding between Crown Princess Victoria and Daniel of Sweden, and that didn't even got an honorable mention!)

It's strange how in the honorable mentions Prince Philip is listed by his title and Queen (then Princess) Elizabeth is not. "Oh yeah, that's just Elizabeth over there that Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh married."

(6)What made their wedding really special was when Queen Maxima cried when they played a special song. Our queen is from Argentina and her father couldn't see them marry. They played Adiós Nonino. Which reminded her of her homeland and dad. It was just played beautifully.

Acutually you pronounce Joachim as Joakeem or joakim as we say it in Scandinavia :) and king Harald of Norway was the first to marry a "commoner" in 1968 :)

My favorite is the Crown Prince Frederik and Australian-born Crown Princess Mary of Denmark. Sweet, beautiful couple with a TRUE fairy-tale story, and what a gorgeous, sophisticated dress she wore! Since their 2004 nuptials, they have welcomed four children, including a set of boy/girl twins.
Of all the royal wedding dresses, to me Diana's was the most disappointing: it was over-the-top huge and all that, but I didn't care for all the ruffles, etc.

I wish that The Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden's Wedding to Daniel was on the list.You forgat to say that Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands is now king of the Netherlands the first king in many years.
