Massive work for us, Viv! Thanks! I love high heels, I was living in them literally. Ever since I had been diagnosed with inner ear problem, which affects my balance-I had to stop wearing them. I live in speakers and mules now😁 so it was refreshing to watch cool heels😁

I found out shoes can disintegrate, especially the plastic/synthetic portions of a shoe. The leather parts do stay well. I had to throw out all my office shoes from 1982 onwards. They have been in my closet for years. Now, I own only boots and sneakers, better quality flip flops for the house. Retired.

Vivaia do you like tips this one will be one that you may want too share with your female friends if you take out a dollar bill fold it in half lengthwise place on heel of show if no heel shows they are 3 inches if heel shows with bill on shoe they are higher
