At 21:46 could someone tell me why's that the case when we quotient out we get S^(i-1)\{a point}? Then S^(i-1)\{a point} would be homeomorphic to some Euclidean space. So I don't see the claim therefore if we restrict this composition to one of the hemispheres we get a homeomorphism! But if we get S^(i-1) instead of S^(i-1)\{a point} while quotienting out, things seem fair enough.
