I first saw criss Angel 7 years ago and that's when I started magic and I never new how any of his tricks work but every trick I have seen from him now I new how it works but there are a few trick that maybe camera tricks or I do not know how it works.

no, not a magnet----its gravity caused by the amount of soda left in the can, since the can is tilted at  an angle, the liquid level remains CONSTANT (horizontal) causing the can to self balance.  Go ahead an try this: leave about 1/4 liquid in the can.
