How to power level Security in Oblivion

So this is just a little game trick I wanted to show you guys for getting a higher security skill. In this video I am power levelling security for the purpose of raising my agility skill. This trick will really only be use full if are power levelling. You will need access to the skeleton key and spell creator in order to do this trick.
