Crete | Damnoni Beach. Damnoni beach is located 35 Km south of Rethymno and 5 Km east of Plakias village. You can get to Plakias by bus from Rethymno, or take your car or motorcycle all the way to Damnoni.
Damnoni beach is fully organised with umbrellas, sunbeds, snack bars, diving centers and everything that a visitor could ask for. There are also hotels and shops in the close vicinity.
Enjoy a lunch in the local tavern located right on the beach.
