u have to watch it all it is actually such a good programe it’s kinda cringe at the beginning but it’s basically a ballet murder mystery

i watched the first episode of this show and let me tell you i SCREAMED when the guy pulled out a single pair of pointe shoes and they were The Perfect Pair without even LOOKING at her feet. insane.

ok, but.. has Josephine ever react to "Bunheads"? if not... could you, pretty please?? (main characters ARE played by actual dancers and while there is some cattiness and silliness, its a very sweet show that I wish got more then one season)

I feel weird when I see dancers say ballerinas aren't this mean in real life. I experienced it. I'm not sure if it had something to do with my race or that I was considered the best dancer in my class. I took ballet from age 4 to 9 and the other ballerinas in my class outcasted me, talked about me, I even had some parents mad at me because I had the lead parts in all the plays. I never got support from my peers but from my teacher. I was told at nine to lose weight and that I needed to be ready for the part I'm about to get. After that, I told my mom I wanted to quit. I loved ballet but from my experience it was cut throat. Again I was 9 when I quit.
