Smart Dustbin based on IOT using Arduino

In the era of transforming Smart Technology, here we introduce IOT enabled Smart Dustbin that can be used to overcome garbage overflow problem. Since, garbage overflow leads to various disease and other problems. This will lead to a healthy and clean India.
This smart dustbin operates on automatic(sensor enabled) open-close mechanism and monitors real-time garbage volume. As soon as the bin gets to full, a message with bin Id and location will be sent to respective city municipality for collecting garbage as soon as possible. During Junction time, the dust bin remains locked which can only be accessed by municipality members.
