Post Traumatic Stress Disorder explained (PTSD)- causes, symptoms and treatment
Показать описание
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD is a mental health condition caused by a very distressing life event. Although originally associated with military service, anyone who experiences an event that threatens survival can be experienced as traumatic – whether it’s a road traffic accident or a victim of a crime, especially those relating to abuse. If you are still experiencing distressing symptoms after 3 months, then you should seek help.
