Lost 8kgs in 3months time and feeling energetic - I didn’t do much change but having dinner before 7pm, intaking 4L of water - Chennai summer time so body need more water… walking for 30mins… only this and reduced rice quantity…

Hi Dr Pal😊 I am suffering from URTICARIA for the past 4 Months. Initially I got hives and swelling in my eyes and lips while having non veg .. so I stopped eating all the forms of non veg including egg. And after some times my body started reacting for the smell of non veg items when it is cooked both inside and outside of houses. Now one of the doctors I consulted suggested me to avoid peanuts, ladies finger, brinjal, raw rice, and also groundnut oil... Even though I avoided these many items.. I am getting hives I do know why.. I request you to give a deep explanation in this..

attended a traditional karnataka lunch, got double servings of the vegetable dishes, small serving of rice, brought the vada s and holige(sweet) home to share with my family. Dr Pal s method successful No after feast laziness or tummy issues. Enjoyed all the dishes but exercised portion control.
