The Minicons in Armada were pretty amazing. They were basically pure power and gave significant boosts to already powerful weapons, or created entirely new weapons. Some even had Combiner traits, like the Star Saber and the kids' Bot Trio. Armada also did the best representation of Starscream. His growth in the series is one of the best character stories ive ever seen.

I feel you are mixing Predacons from the prime continuity and those from G1 continuity, and all but ignored the Predacons from Beast Wars.
Also left out several Dinobots - such as Strafe, Skar and Slash (among others)

5:00 Wow, you got _all_ the Predacons confused. There are three different "kinds" of Predacons. The originals in G1 weren't a faction, but a team of Decepticons who combined into the gestalt Predaking. In the same timeline, hundreds of years later, we got the Predacons from Beast Wars, led by Megatron (named after the _other_ Megatron. Then the prehistoric beasts were from another timeline altogether, and while they _were_ led by Predaking, this one wasn't a combiner at all (the only known combiner from these Predacons formed Abominus, an homage to the G1 Terrorcons).

6:10 The Dinobots are a team of Autobots. And the story of Wheeljack creating them _only_ applies to the G1 cartoon; in every other iteration, they've been native Cybetronians like any other, who gained their dinosaur forms later (the specifics vary by timeline). And the story of the Beast is largely considered not to be canon; it was essentially a fancomic that got included with a DVD release, but never actually got _approved_ by anyone. The Dinobots did, however, later gain a _proper, _ less tortured, combiner form, called Volcanicus.

11:30 Glad you acknowledge the different timelines here, but then you get them confused again; in G1, they're a Decepticon combiner team that turn into mythical beasts. In Prime, they're Dark Energon zombies who have the same forms they had when alive. And when you give us the G1 Terrorcon roll call... where the heck did Cindersaur come from?! He's a flame-breathing Firecon, not a Terrorcon. And indeed the live action Terrorcons are completely unrelated to any other group by the same name.

13:50 You nailed the Vehicons from Prime (though again, more a _type of Decepticon_ than an actual _faction), _ though there was a previous faction ruled by Megatron in the Beast Machines era. These Vehicons largely _were_ actual drones, remotely controlled by Megatron himself, though he later created a handful of sentient generals for more tactical flexibility; these were created by rehousing the sparks of "dead" Maximals and Predacons in new bodies and reprogramming their personalities to Megatron's liking.
