At 8:50 regarding the magnetic field; the field isn't a constant static position. It isn't a physical touch between reluctor and the field, but rather the increased compression of the field that changes the voltage induced across the sensor. The field itself compresses and expands, inducing voltage within the sensor. Showing an animation of the field fluctuating would be much more accurate, as you could also have a visual on the signal in the sensor being induced as well.

Curious why you sinc with the fuel injector instead of an igniting coil. Usually the cam signal is to reference TDC. Instead you would be seeing where the intake stroke of each cylinder lines up with your cam signal right? I guess it would not matter much in this scenario. Thanks for the video!
