Hi Consistence is everything. After my dads passing I was broken but I kept asking him for 1 thing that is to heal my heart and He did. Today i look at life differently and my heart is filled with joy. i still think about my dad but i don't cry anymore. God comforted me a lot.

God carried me when my brother had a stroke on Easter 2021 and he went to be with the lord on March 6, 2023 and My Father saved him before he joined the lord on June 18, 2021 and my heart Broke and God carried me and said to me My Grace is Sufficient and as always the Lord covered and carried me when I couldn't and I was so touched by his love

Life is not stagnant. We are always changing, this is the nature of life.
Respect and love yourself completely.
Trust the beauty of impermanence.
Walk away with humility, courage, and grace from people, places, and things that do not serve your highest ideal in life.

If walking away feels too impossible right now, (which is normal) begin incorporating at least one thing into your life that brings you joy and serves your growth. 🌱
