I had a few conversations with a deaf Jazz singer. I had no idea she couldnt hear me! It did look like she was WAY into the conversation, but I now understand she was reading my lips. She is an amazing person!

I would say being in a relationship with someone who is deaf is nice, because ever since I saw you raise a lot of awareness and I saw it in a drama and just learn around, I want to learn ASL, and what better way to do it when you have a bestie who uses it everyday.

The First 1st One Actually Helped Me. I'm Disabled Since Birth, Including Being Half-Deaf. I Guess It's My Self Esteem Being So Low, But I Tend To Feel That I Have To Lower My Expectations Because No One Is Going To Care Enough To Handle Both Me And My Disabilities.
