A Pastor’s View: The Gospel is bigger than you may think

Rev William Phillip faces up to today’s issues in the light of God.
He sees the Gospel as a message for today. Being truthful about the Ten Commandments is painful for many. Repentance is a message we need to hear. People need to be hurt to be healed.
We are to repent and believe the Good News. Repent first, then believe the Good News.
We can only convince someone to repent if the listener knows the Ten Commandments.
Otherwise people are confused about what is right and wrong.
Lord Jesus Christ Son of the living God, have mercy on me a sinner.

I say this carefully, what I have seen as Christ-follower is that the church seem or is timid to preach a bold messsge. The church don't want to offend all in the name love and loving people to salvation. True love but speak the truth in love. We love but fail to apply boldness and speak authoritatively on issues.
2ndly, the church sometimes forget that people do life outside Sunday service where real issues are confronting people in the face, and when the church shy away from real issues particularly burning issues like transgenderism,
abortion, and how people needs to be properly equipped to handle such issues in the public space. I see that the church don't want to offend people forgeting that the Bible is offensive in its very nature, and rightfully so to those who are lost and froward.

The Sons Of Aaron Mocked God. Sodom and Gomorrah also mocked Him. And others are continued mocking Him. And this is a lesson again that God will not be Mocked
