i really liked your take on this, not sure if teleological ethics are the way to go or just the way things have been going, but a really nice overview!

Quick simple description of what the two are and their differences. The benefits of deontology and weaknesses in teleology seem to be the same - that rule-based is in line with our intuitions and social norms- though I'm unsure if that gives it any credance. All depends what your trying to do with ethical theory. Knowing consequences is a better way of guiding actions to fulfil your desires IMO though neither justifies itself absolutely just relative to the other system. Good video anyway :)

@lukebeevers93 so is that mean, i can be virtue if my action effect my character (to be more good)? im thinking on how can ethics be made to matter in conservation?... and in virtue ethic stand point, it's hardly to see the aspect of implementation. sry because my most of my conservation lecturer tend to separate/avoiding combination of ethic n science. TQ

@unassumption Yes I found that two but I guess if they are opposites it makes sense that the weaknesses of one the strengths of another. I don't like either for me it is the agent-centred approach suggested by Aristotle :)
