Love Allen Edmonds. Just some pro tips… Get fitted in store. They have multiple last styles and your foot may fit differently than other shoes. If you it’s a bit hard, ask a sales associate to stretch your shoes and soften the leather. If you get factory seconds, get fitted in store with a shoe that has the same last as the one you’re looking at online. It’ll save you a $25 restocking fee. Plus they can order seconds in store. Not only the Anniversary Sale is best time to buy their shoes but also Fathers Day and around Christmas too.

I have been wearing Allen Edmunds for years they are absolutely worth it no question.

I started buying only Allen Edmonds several years ago other than gym sneakers. I now have 7 pairs of boots (dress and more rugged), 3 pairs of dress shoes (diff. colors), and 2 pairs of stylish sneakers. The brand happens to fit my narrow foot perfect, looks real sharp, and lasts a long time. They are expensive but worth it for me. I don't plan to buy any more shoes for years... .

Absolutely worth it. This is the entry to mid level high end point for men's dress shoes.

Best shoes I have ever owned. Several pairs in different styles. Have two pairs of Park Avenues for court and alternated them daily for years. Both have been re soled and still look great and are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Every trial I have ever won or lost has been in a pair of AE shoes. For those of us with size 15 sheet there is no substitute. There are a lot of clothes I can take or leave but I will never give these up.

Pair them with Darn Tough socks and not only do you look good but both are American Made.

Way to spotlight a great shoe and brand Thomas. Thank you.

I have seven pair of Allen Edmonds dress shoes. None are newer than 25 years old. They still look fantastic.

All I wear is Allen Edmonds. Love the brand. Love the quality. In my channel all I do is find ahoe shine spots in NYC to shine them. I could talk about it all day.

I say if you’re going to invest in a pair of Allen Edmonds, stick to their models with minimal broguing (Park or Fifth Avenue models). I have come across many pairs of their Strand model; many of them had issues with the stitching. Broken in some spots, going into the holes of the broguing, and even straying off the edge of the panel it’s supposed to hold in place.

I am a true believer in AE factory seconds. I have about a dozen AE's right now of all styles & colors, all factory seconds. I guarantee if you spend the time to wax and polish them up with a higher end wax/polish products like Saphir, you will have gotten yourself a pair of AEs at a good price.

I grew up in Belgium, WI and still remember the frigid date in January that their original plant in Belgium, just north of Port Washington, burned down. I have over a dozen pair and if you take care of them they can last forever.

I have eleven pairs of AE shoes, dress and casual. A couple of those pairs are coming up at twenty years old and have been recrafted three times. My one beef with AE is that they are certainly built for the long haul but fail to stock any adequate laces, especially those styles that have some unique design. It wouldn't kill them to have a "lace bank" of which replacements can be drawn from or standardize on a fixed number of laces that transcend most shoes.

Definitely worth it. Alden boots too, but, you have to know your size and width depending on the last. There are great deals for lightly worn AE on eBay and Poshmark.

I own about 4 pairs of Allen Edmonds. I have had all of them for over 5 years and all are aging very well. I intend on keeping them in good condition forever. My strands are my oldest pair and ready for a new sole, but the upper still looks great.

I have long narrow feet typically 13A. I seriously recommend buying them as a factory seconds and closeouts.

I replaced my worn-out Bostonian, Johnston & Murphy, and LL Bean shoes with Allen Edmonds exclusively over the past year due to their American-made quality and conservative old-school style. I am more than happy with my purchases. Before buying a pair, I suggest visiting one of their stores and asking to be properly fitted by one of their salespeople with the Brannock measuring device. I initially made this error (purchased online), but luckily, I had a store within 45 minutes of my home. Allen Edmonds's sizes run slightly larger than I was used to with other shoe manufacturers. I like Allen Edmonds and they are very professional regarding customer service and stand by their product.

Allen Edmonds are so worth the cost because they last. For me, most other brands lasted 12-18 months. Use cedar shoe trees after wearing them and the will look like new for years. I plan to use their reconstruction service when the time comes.
