I have a question on setting up Goals/Target. Is there any way we can add absolute values for goals/targets? Currently, from employee's profile, it shows the weightage as a percentage. All I need is to remove a percentage sign from the 'Goals/Targets' tab. Any custom function or any workaround is there to achieve this requirement? (Adding a custom field, would not display the numbers at the Goals/Target tab)
