No matter how many times I have tried, I can't sing this song without bursting into tears. I have been practicing on the karaoke versions and it goes quite well, until it comes to both of the "oh my, my, how beautiful" parts. He puts down in words precisely what my father, who is irrefutable, would say to me countless times, and what my mother, who was beautiful indeed, also used to predict about me. And what amazes me the most about these lyrics is that my parents' words wouldn't even be in English, but it translates so right that it gets across any barrier of language.
If only I could ignore the meaning of the words as I sing along...
