My experience with REGON 2. I borrowed this machine from a rental company. It is far from achieving the required performance as stated by the manufacturer. A narrow belt conveyor that keeps clogging and doesn't have enough power to handle the split logs. After two days of work, hydraulic oil started leaking from the machine from the oil tank.

A halving splitting wedge or cross has this bad feature. When the wood gets stuck on the wedge, it lifts the whole cross upwards. This will open the top cover of the machine and turn off the electrical protection. This will keep the wood stuck in the machine and the machine cannot be electrically manipulated at all.

REGON is not suitable for long-term use on site. When cutting, the space under the saw is filled until it is completely filled and the saw cannot be manipulated. Smaller pieces of wood also fall into the space. These prevent cutting.

the machine requires a lot of cleaning and maintenance. Otherwise it does not work properly.

And the control lever from the log feeding table to the machine is completely outside of all control levers. It's like a game of chase.

If you want to load the wood in three, you have to go to the right side of the machine, when you give the machine a push to lower the table down. you then have to walk him around the entire machine, load the trunk onto the lifting table. Then go around the machine again and tell REGON 2 to lift the name into the machine.


The machine normally shows structural defects during operation. The piece lent by me was in use for 8 months. It's a shame that I can't post photos that prove what I'm describing here.

For me, it's a good machine, but not suitable for professional use.
