WATCH: Racist Bouncer DENIES Entry To Black Man

"Popular Dublin venue The Academy has taken the decision to suspend a member of its security staff following a verbal altercation that took place outside the nightclub last weekend.

Video footage of the exchange, which took place on Saturday night (19 November), has circulated on social media in the past 24 hours, fuelling allegations of racism against the staff member.

The video depicts a man being refused entry to the Abbey Street venue by door staff. The man proceeds to calmly ask the door staff why other people were let in instead of him. "

Door jerks and bouncers are all wannabe cops. It's a power trip. They are always going to tell some people they can't get in for whatever invented reason, "Your shoelaces are too pink."
When this happens, assume the club is allergic to your money and walk away. Tell all your friends to stay away too, because it would be rude to bother the club with your unclean money. Find some place that DOES value your hard earned cash.

I hate clubs and I've only been in a one like that once in my life. This exact same thing happened to me, they let my ex wife (who looks white but she's Puerto Rican) in and had me out in the 30° weather for an hour... but yeah she's garbage too for going in without me and we're divorced smh...

I’m a bouncer and he wouldn’t have been allowed in either because of his attitude and aggressive behaviour . No entry and you don’t have a problem to deal with. Was he intoxicated either by drugs or alcohol ?. Did these guys have dealings with this guy before - does he have form for aggression/ danger to other patrons in the club?. I would Not in any circumstances ever let anyone with his attitude in Ever - espiecally when he is looking for a court case where he is throwing the religious/ colour card about like he is . As a matter of a fact if I were working there and then somewhere else to come across him either - based on this expierence well he would not be getting in there either my reasons - aggressive behaviour, danger to other patrons if in his aggrieved state he starts on anyone and violence occurs. Health and safety to others being compromised by him in that state of mind in a confined, emotional state. Can you argue with that ?. And it’s you he has in the corner kicking the s—T out of - your first thought is - why didn’t the bouncers keep him outside in his state of mind and aggression - Sorry you can’t have it both ways.

It happened in Galway to my very white Dutch husband, bouncer decided he wasn't going in and that was that....we were only beginning the evening and had one drink each....they wouldn't give us a reason either so we gave up and went elsewhere...we had no problems the rest of the it was a power trip rather than judging by skin colour.

I am licensed to work as a bouncer in Denmark (the country), and this problem is a very big problem here as well, but here bouncers use dresscode as an excuse to refuse guests, but everybody knows that it has nothing to do with dresscode but it is actually racism. And surprise, bouncers seam to don't understand why they are being a target of violence, when the reason is that the guests get no respect from bouncers for all the money they are willing to use at the nightclubs.
