Anyone else feel like Kushina and Mito are probably underrated on this scale? They were both Uzumaki, which means they have extraordinary amounts of chakra, both Jinchuriki to the full Kurama (not half like Minato and Naruto early on before Naruto got the other half), and they were masters of Uzumaki sealing Jutsu. Kushina was able to form a barrier strong enough that even the 3rd Hokage couldn't enter it, and restrain Kurama with her adamantine chains while weakened from childbirth and tailed beast extraction, while Mito has a chakra mark on her forehead, meaning she may have been the one who taught 100 Healings to Tsunade. I feel like Kushina is at least 300, 000 and Mito maybe 400, 000. You even have beginning of Shippuden base Naruto above them, and basically all Naruto could do at beginning of Shippuden that he couldn't do at the end of part 1 was a release a Genjutsu and make a bigger Rasengan, lol.
