Pandemic Proof Passport

PANDEMIC-PROOF PASSPORT feature of RebuildTheChain enables countries to be confident that none of the people coming into the country is affected by COVID19. Here, citizens from different countries will have a health card that indicates the health risk level assigned to them via their local health departments. People with ‘NO RISK’ health cards could only be allowed to travel overseas. Moreover, at places like banks, shopping malls, workplaces, etc, the entry can be allowed only to people with ‘no risk’ health cards.

It seems reasonable to control entry to certain places, venues and work, however i fail to see how this will control the spread of the infection amongst people? IE, what happens when a healthy person travels Overseas, spends two weeks in a foreign country must this person renew the Health Passport? What if he has contracted the disease, how does he get back to his original country without infecting fellow travellers on the means of transport? IE the ship or Plane. ? Or worst case does the person get shipped back in a casket?
