You have your Display set to Legacy "YES", which makes the scale opposite from the non-legacy settings, which is as you described, the amount of filtering applied.

Anything special for Crew Chief? I just started playing AMS2 and so far Crew Chief gives me no verbal data or spotter alerts.

I have the sim but I don’t really get what you do ? Multiplayer is not a thing so don’t just run single races ? Am I missing something ?
