doesn't vespa gts300 have 23hp stock? vespa gts125 has 15, 8hp stock. i don't know what all the fuzz is

Got a pm pipe on my 2018 gts 300 it's terrible at low revs do I need a remap r the fuel module pm sell, ?

Can they hit 30? shouldn't be a problem if you can get 24 with just a few bolt on goodies, just get your hands dirty & create good, ample flow the old school way.
