Adani Group was given a clean chit by a Supreme Court-appointed panel of experts that examined data from the national market regulator SEBI to investigate claims of financial fraud and stock price manipulation made by short-seller Hindenburg Research earlier in January. The report clearly says that it finds finds no regulatory failure or price manipulation by the group and prima facie there was no wrongdoing on the part of the conglomerate.
