the 24 sounds sound like they were pre recorded and not coming from the actual car. like i heard the sound of another car in the distance in 24 but it looks like you were doing a time trial or something so there couldn’t be any other cars

The sound is now horrible in F1 24. It is a sound from a recording they made in real life and not the original audio coming from the game's car as it was in previous games in the franchise. Disappointing.

They gotta hire some of the guys who make ac mods. RSS 2021 and 2023 redbull cars sounded realistic both onboard and tv cam

sounds more realistic since it's real recorded sounds played.. better then the crap they where doing before..if they can't make it right then i prefer that.

Offboard
F1 2020; extremely LOUD (it may have been my fault as I never managed to change it to comply with the onboard), but I thought it was very loud;
F1 2021; it was even aligned, I really thought that in terms of volume it was linear, being a little more in relation to Onboard;
F1 22; extremely LOW. Very difficult to hear anything;
F1 23; I liked it because in volume it was linear, although I didn't think it was close to reality;
F1 24; It looks like something recorded, it doesn't imply that it's the filmed car from the replay, but rather an audio of real life passed to the game

It is true that they are recorded sounds of real cars, but in the game they are heard completely out of phase with the passing of the car, what a shame, that is why I bought the game, thinking that this time the sounds were authentic, what a disappointment
