I remember my first time watching this movie when it was first released and thinking it was going to be trash. Even though I loved Jim prior to. This movie is still one of my all time favs. Even watching these clips today had me cracking up. 😂. The scene with the landlord checking his apartment for pets. I never noticed that his grocery bag was filled with pet food. The cat food was sticking out plain as day. Lolololol. And the scene at the start of the movie where he was being rewarded for returning the busty womans dog. He was holding on to the door frame for dear life like he was in a washing machine. "For the love of Pete."
