Apparently that ball wasn’t the actual game ball. Watching the mets game tonight the announcers just mentioned that he grabbed another ball that was in the stands somehow and showed that to the umpire

I find it most amazing that he didn't knock over a single cup of soda.😄

Ya' not seeing the green bag. There's a ball that pops out when he hits it. Clean catch!!

Smart move not throwing the ball back to the pitcher. It was probably stamped "Anaheim High School"

People upset about the "cheating" miss the fact that this was a catch regardless of what ball he comes up with after the fall. Is this the NFL now? Looked like he caught and established control of the ball, took the last 1-2 steps before tumbling into the stands. What else do we need to constitute a "catch??"

Shame on Todd Fraizer and all others involved. My last sportsmanship bubble is broken.

Frazier did what any smart player would do he sold whatever interested the team, and what he gets paid to do and what the team is most interested in is winning, and Todd Frazier is a winner in my book, and the Dodgers are losers. And if the umps aren't making calls that favor the Mets they're losers too in my book. As hot as the Mets have been lately I think the only question is are they mathematically out yet, or do they still have a chance to make the playoffs? They have been winning most of their games the last month or two and their bullpen has had the lowest ERA in the league as of late; go METS!
