Update on the trialmaster . Had to put a new engine in it. Simple gy6 150-200cc replacement. Went with the one that already has the challenger transmission attached. About 750.
New motor SUCKS. 3rd carburetor replacement last week. Gets about 2 weeks . 3hours runtime maybe.
1st motor failed due to my fault. Not checking the oil

***JUST A WORD OF CAUTION ON OIL CHANGING***.
I have a new 2022 Trailmaster Challenger 200EX and just did the first oil change at 24 miles. I put in 30 oz of 10-W-40 synthetic and it was over full. Ran engine a little to see if that made any difference and it didn't. Had to suck out about 4 oz to get it back to the correct level. I suspect engine design changes over time may require different capacities. Not much info on these Chinese engines so just adding my personal data. By the way thanks for the video and useful info.

ALERT 🚨 do not I repeat do not! add a whole quart of oil when doing your own oil change on your trail master .. I just did mines earlier I have 150cc engine and i over flowed it & went up the road and it was running real sluggish so I drained it back out again and put just a little over half the bottle got back on the road & it ran a whole lot faster and better

Huge thanks for this video! It was important to understand what's happening here! The oil plug from mine is broke and that is the reason I'm seeing it not stuck the oil properly. If I can ask a favor for you... I'm from Brazil and it's not easy to find a new one! Do you have some link that is possible to find it? Thank in advance for it!

I have the 200 challenger and it is wheel hooping on take off? At dead stop take off . It like there is something binding do you have any idea on what wrong.

I have a 2002 4 seater efi. How much AGL goes back into the gearbox? I know engine oil amount, but can't find anything on the gearbox. Thanks! I'm at 19 miles but the 2nd owner. Not sure I'd it was done at break in

How many hours between oil changes? I can't find the specific manual for these. I read somewhere that you need to change the oil every 10 hours!! Seems like you would be changing the oil all the time.
