As AVR came out, I bought a full playset of Tibalt. I hoped, someone would break the card in Legacy or Vintage, since it looks so combo-y. I was like "someone HAS to do something with it and then I'll look GOLDEN". I spent about 60 $ on the playset and now they sit around 1 $ each on the site where I bought them...Every time I open my binder and come to the page where this piece of wastepaper sits, I rage hard and then cry :(

The price of cards after rotation makes me cry. 3 buck Goblin Guide and 2 buck Garruk Wildspeaker are just unbelievable. And that 8 dollar Karn actually made me tear up.

Surgical Extraction seems to have gone up in value over the years. Maybe in 2011 that was a different story.
Also I don't think extirpate was really ever worth much more than double it's current value at maybe 4 - 5 dollars. I don't think it was ever valued at 15 dollars. Maybe I am wrong on that.
If it did then it seems to have bombed basically almost immediately.
