Artificial Intelligence Colloquium: Media Forensics

Показать описание
Speaker: Dr. Matt Turek, Program Manager, DARPA / Information Innovation Office
The manipulation of visual media is enabled by the widespread availability of sophisticated image and video editing applications, and the growing proliferation of automated manipulation algorithms. Aided by recent advances in AI, what once required the expertise of skilled manipulators can now be done automatically or by low-skilled users. This talk will provide the historic context for media manipulation and highlight DARPA's work to level the media forensics playing field, which currently favors the manipulator.
