At 2:20, you can see that your elevator's foam hinge is starting to crack on the inside. I almost lost a fairly new (around 30 fights) freewing avanti to this kind of wear.
When only one side of the elevator has this crack, the plane can unexpectedly roll when the elevator is used. If this happens at low speeds & altitudes, it is hard to recover from.

Bottom line: these foam hinges just aren't strong enough. I now reglued mine and reinforced the hinge point with blenderm tape, which seems to have fixed the issue in the last 50-something flights.

An interesting question is now how to fix the hinges and not just buy new wings. Can you just glue them?
