I have the same problem with km8 pro tv box. Wi fi simply can not start. Twice I managed to get wi fi but after switching to the lan no longer worked. I think the wi fi chip is damaged due to overheating.

No problems here at all using old fashioned cat 6 network cables. wifi sucks anyways. Your neighbours can disturb the signals if they are using the same channels. Use 5 G wifi for less interfearance.

Anytime your ethernet is connected your WiFi connection will not connect
