What if I repeated a course? Which grades from that course should I input and where?

hi, may I know is it wrong if I put my pointer as the semester credit? for example I got A and for the semester credit I put 4.0 and for A- I put 3.75. Is it wrong? Or I need to put the credit hour instead.
