Well the guy is undoubtedly one of the very best in history. One thing that makes me respect him even more is the fact that he belongs to that generation who played on sand pitches when younger, until they moved to grass in more professional settings. It means this guy probably made hundreds of tackles during training while ripping his leg skin apart by sliding on sand every single time. And yet, if he became so good at it professionally, it means he was never scared to do it over and over. Warrior mode.
