In the beginning Arven said he had no friends who could help him out finding the Herba Mystica. By the end of the game he saved his Mabosstiff, found out the truth about his mom/dad and ended up getting 4 new friends (yes even Koraidon <3). He deserved all the happiness by the end!

I may not be an Ed Sheeren fan but dude, Celestial being played at the end of the story was amazing, Not only that, the story and feeling of this game, was amazing. It was both heartwarming and sad at the same time, this might be my new favorite Pokémon Game.

I just beat Violet and this game honestly surpassed all my expectations. I didn't expect to feel so emotional at the end but I really got attached to the characters. This song is a perfect fit for the ending...

It works with how the characters ended together after saying goodbye to Arven’s mother/father. It is bittersweet and helped to tie the strings together.

When i reached the credits and listened to this i couldn’t help but just cry. There was nothing I could do to hold it in either, no resistance or shame. I cried of joy and the fact that I felt like a child again. It felt like this was not only a game that was made for the old that started all the way back with Blue, Red, or Yellow and even other games, but it was also for the new generation.

“You make me feel like my troubled heart is a million miles away” and “finding magic in the smallest things” is what, to me, really drives the point of it all home.

Despite the technical aspects and performances, I feel this is THE BEST Pokemon I’ve played in a long time and will treasure it like I did with the others.

"you make me feel like my troubled heart is a million miles away" — this part of the song speaks to me the most. i'm 23 now and i've been a fan of pokemon ever since i was around 9-10. i specifically remember even spending days reading those guide books that came with the games. pokemon will forever hold a special place in my heart, and it helped me through some really difficult times, making me feel like i was off in space having my own special adventure instead of being bogged down by all the difficulties in my childhood and even now into my adult life ♡.

Im really suprised people dont like this song? Not only was it literally made for Scarlet and Violet the lyrics are sweet. "You make me feel like my troubled heart is a million miles away" Is how I feel about pokemon. Im 22 now and have grown up with the franchise and now having adult responsibilities and stress Pokemon makes me feel like a kid again and I can live in the moment. I think the song is a really good representation of how older pokemon fans can always come back and enjoy their childhood.

The free roaming, actually playing with friends, the plotlines, the music, area zero, the ending. Despite all the bugs and glitches, Scarlet and Violet may very well be some of the best, if not the best, Pokémon games to come out to date. You can really tell Game Freak put a lot of love into this game.

I don't care what people say. After not playing a pokemon game in over 5 years, this game surpassed my expectations. Truly one of my favorites, and that's coming from someone who has played pokemon their whole life.

Not only one of the best Pokémon game by far in terms of story but also, best set of friends. They only accompany you fully while inside Area Zero but it still felt like friends having an adventure together and the way how they escaped and walked altogether at the end, just perfect.

Ed didn't have to do this, don't get me wrong I love the song, but it just gets you emotional after what already is one of if not the most saddest of endings in Pokemon history, and suddenly you just want to cry. It just mixes together to make the most heartfelt and unforgettable experiences you can have in Pokemon. Cannot wait for what Gen 10 might bring

What a beautiful game ending, it has so much heart and is easily my favorite of any of the mainline Pokemon games.

I honestly completely forgot that this song was made for the games so I hadn’t listened to it at all and when I tell you I cried during the credits… it’s just such a sweet song to end off the game. I know there will be another one in the coming years but it’s always so bittersweet finishing a game because that will be the one and only time I get to experience it for the first time, every other play through just won’t be the same. My childhood was Pokémon, and now I’m 20 and somehow love the franchise even more than I did (legit have a mewtwo tattoo on my leg). I don’t care what people say, this game was excellent, even with the bugs.
